I admit his contract is up for renewal at the end of the season so get your best offer together boys because you'll need it. We have put together a robust offer for a 1 season contract extension with bonuses. Footlong's advisors are due to get back to me on the offer after the last league game so by the time that we could meet in the cup we'll all know for definite.

The recent hurricane of rumours concerning Mart 'footlong' Flutes future were dealt another twist which could prove a bitter pill to swallow for the AFC Swinton, not happy with becoming The Green Armys shadow in Swinton sticky carpet drinking pit 'Robin Hood' the Flutemeister(copyright T4T) has been spotted potting easy pinks and tight browns in Tonka meet and greet Wombwell Snooker Club. Could this be a coincidence, i think not.

Sources from an anonymous pub in Swinton are speculating that Martyn Footlong Flute is set for a dramatic return to AFC Swinton as either a player or as part of the management set up. The current AFC Swinton board of directors declined to comment.
